Who we are

MajaraSoft is a software and design agency. We build websites, mobile applications, brand identities and user interfaces, and we design and operate our own products. Throughout this document "we", "us" and "MajaraSoft" refer to the agency, and "you" refers to anyone using this website.

What this website is

This site is a portfolio and point of contact. It presents our work, describes the services we offer, and gives you a way to reach us. It is not a place where you buy anything, create an account, or upload data for processing.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse, read and share anything published here. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any related system.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including through automated traffic that degrades it for others.
• Scrape or republish our content in bulk, or present it as your own.
• Use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading material.

Our content and our clients' work

The text, design, code, illustrations and layout of this site belong to MajaraSoft. Case studies describe projects we built; the trademarks, logos and product names shown in them belong to the respective clients and product owners, and appear here to identify the work, not to claim ownership of their brands.

You may quote or reference our published material with attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce a case study wholesale, or reuse our designs and code in your own projects, without written permission.

Enquiries are not contracts

Sending us a message — including one that names a budget — starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve our availability, or bind either side to anything. Work between MajaraSoft and a client is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, timeline, payment and ownership. Nothing on this website overrides that agreement.

Accuracy of what we publish

We keep the site current, but figures, timelines, technology choices and client details describe projects at a point in time and may change. Content here is provided for information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and you should not treat it as a guarantee of any particular result for your own project.

Links to other sites

Our case studies link to live products and client sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Availability

We aim to keep the site online and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, restructure or withdraw any part of it — including individual pages and case studies — without notice.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, MajaraSoft is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site and the business change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
