What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise something on your next visit. Related technologies — local storage and session storage — do much the same job. This policy covers all of them.

What this site stores

A language preference. When you switch between Arabic and English, your browser remembers the choice in local storage so the site opens in the language you picked next time. It contains nothing but a language code, and it identifies a preference, not a person.

That is the only thing this site itself stores.

What this site does not do

• We run no analytics cookies — no Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording.
• We run no advertising or remarketing pixels, and we are not part of any ad network.
• We do not track you across other websites, and we do not build an advertising profile.
• We do not sell or share browsing data, because we do not collect it.

This is why you do not see a cookie consent banner on this site: we do not set the kind of cookies that require one.

Third-party services

Two things on our pages come from outside our own code, and each has its own behaviour:

• The contact form submits to Formspree when — and only when — you press send. Visiting a page with the form on it sends nothing. Formspree's own privacy policy governs the submission.
• Embedded media, where a case study includes video hosted elsewhere, may set cookies from the provider once the media loads. Where we can, we serve media from our own domain to avoid this.

Strictly necessary storage

Our hosting provider may set short-lived technical cookies needed to serve pages securely and balance traffic. These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off without breaking it. They do not identify you personally.

Managing what is stored

You are always in control:

• Clear it directly. Every browser lets you view and delete cookies and local storage for a specific site, usually under Settings → Privacy.
• Block it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from all sites or from ours specifically. This site will still work — you will just have to reselect your language each visit.
• Browse privately. A private or incognito window discards everything when you close it.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics or any storage beyond what is described here, we will update this page first — and, where the law requires consent, we will ask for it before setting anything.
